RETURNS


 

To request a return, please contact us at contact@jalkegems.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the receipt, the return form (linked below), and the products in unused condition with the original pouch inside the package. The items must be returned within 14 days from the date the return request was submitted.

COMPLAINTS


 

If the received product is defective or not compliant with the order, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint. Please include the order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.

COMPLAINT FORM

 

The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days from the date the package is received. The Customer will be informed about the decision by email.

Products showing signs of use inconsistent with their intended purpose, mechanical damage caused by the user, and natural wear and tear are not subject to complaints.

As the jewelry is handmade, slight differences and minor imperfections may occur and do not constitute a product defect.
